These experiences, together with her Canadian roots, continue to influence songs centred on love, breaking points, strength and the courage to change direction. | | An award-winning songwriter, ELskan has earned recognition for songs including “Hard Grass Life,” “Keep On Drinkin’” and instrumental track “The River.” In 2025, “Lion Den” and “Gloria” were selected as semi-finalists in the International Songwriting Competition. | | Her new single, “Lion Den,” released August 5, 2026, is the title track from her forthcoming album.
