DOMMO

Due to a very rough upbringing, DOMMO whose real name is (Dominique Lloyd) aka DOMMO one of thelead singers in recording artist group "GOLD STANDARD LTD" has spent most of his life traveling between Dallas/Fort Worth Texas and Toldeo Ohio where he was born. The 2nd oldest of 5 siblings, growing up in a poor lower class enviorment only made his desire to someday step out and pursue his very talented skills of art and music.

So far his love of music is winning out, not to say his art credentials have receded but merely put on hold. DOMMO started out writing poetry which in turn helped develop versatality with his diverse style and sharp lyricism.

While quiet and very observing most times, for thiose that truly know him, see him as compassionate and very supportive in promoting positivity in himself and his peers.

As the 3rd founding member of recording group (GSL- Gold Standard LTD) who broke out with the highly appraised single "Party Don't Last" is now releasing his new single titled "Silver Lining" which is gaining rave reviews on the Walking Tall Record Label.

Jarod Grubb Artist Bio

From the mountains of Montana to Nashville, Tennessee … country artist Jarod Grubb is mining the sounds of modern country music.  His beachy melodies are known to get stuck in your head and his light-hearted lyrics take listeners to another place.

Jarod comes from a baseball background, but started writing songs on the guitar in college in between games and studies.  Before that, he was trained on the classical piano and played the saxophone, which he says made it easy to pick up the guitar.  He realized he could have a future as an artist when he won the Colgate Country Showdown in his hometown of Kalispell, MT where he played for a crowd of 3,000.

His song topics range from life experiences to relationships to partying, and he developed a fondness for the beach and the ocean despite growing up in the Rocky Mountains … probably from his sailing background, which rings true in his songs like his debut single “Tiki Bar on the Beach”.

In Nashville, Jarod started his performing career at Tootsies where he refined his ability to connect with the crowd.  “That’s the beauty of music,” says Jarod.  “It’s not a competition.  It’s all about connecting with your listeners.”

Since Tootsies, he’s found a fit playing at Margaritaville on Broadway and Margaritaville Hotel where his Jimmy Buffett-like style and James Taylor sounding vocals resonate.

Jarod was picked up by the Lots To Do record label after artist Tom Sexton cut 3 of Jarod’s songs, ‘What the Whiskey’s For’, ‘Populaton 2’ and ‘Best Night’, all of which made the Country Billboard Indicator chart.  Jarod himself cut 2 of his originals last year, ‘Tiki Bar on the Beach’ and ‘What She’s Drinkin’ On’, both reaching the top ten Global Independent Chart.

What’s next for Jarod?  With the help of his label, he is riding the wave to the charts himself and plans to release his next single, ‘Hold On’ and his self-titled EP posthaste.  As a prolific writer, he’s got a full catalogue of songs ready to release after that.  Look for lots of music coming from Jarod Grubb in the near future!
